Thomas Hipp supports his clients in compliance issues such as anti-corruption, money laundering prevention and data protection as well as in trademark and competition law. In data protection, as a certified data protection officer and data protection auditor, he can draw in particular on experience from the healthcare, trade and IT sectors. After many years as managing director of a medium-sized printing, IT and communications service provider, Hipp was most recently CEO of an e-learning provider for compliance and data protection training. He is also involved in the development of various e-commerce platforms.

Matthias Schwara advises management and boards of early-stage to fully mature public companies in matters of corporate law, M&A, financings, governance and domestic and international projects. Schwara has particular industry expertise in the fields of energy, plant construction, engineering services, real estate and IT. After practicing at a major international law firm, Schwara spent many years on the operational side in the energy sector, most recently as the CFO of a global energy group. Before serving as a founding partner of Leads Partner, he has been active in an advisory capacity to various companies and private equity investors as both, a lawyer and an entrepreneur.
