Matthias Schwara advises management and boards of early-stage to fully mature public companies in matters of corporate law, M&A, financings, governance and domestic and international projects. Schwara has particular industry expertise in the fields of energy, plant construction, engineering services, real estate and IT. After practicing at a major international law firm, Schwara spent many years on the operational side in the energy sector, most recently as the CFO of a global energy group. Before serving as a founding partner of Leads Partner, he has been active in an advisory capacity to various companies and private equity investors as both, a lawyer and an entrepreneur.
Jochen Vogel has been advising on restructuring/insolvency law, commercial and corporate law including M&A, contract law, data protection law as well as capital investment fraud for more than 22 years. In addition, he is regularly entrusted with trusteeships and executorships and is also a certified executor (AGT).
